Having trouble editing your photos? Let AboutOurHouse.com help you show your property at its best. We can edit and produce beautiful photos for the web, print or CD. Our rate is $35 per hour with a one hour minimum. Simply mail, e-mail, or upload your photos for our editing services. TOP

My Favorites
- This feature allows your visitors to tag certain listings as "My Favorites" or similarly a "Wish List" of items that will be remembered for up to 1 full year whenever they return to the site.
Notify Me
- This is a great tool for visitors to use which will automatically email them whenever a new listing is added that matches their preferences. Whenever a new listing is added that matches their preferences, a daily cron job will run at night and send out emails to the people who have matches. Each email is sent with a "one click removal" link for ease of being removed from the list if they so choose.
Email Listing to a Friend
- This feature allows your visitors to email a friend the web page URL of the listing they feel they would be interested in. A one time courtesy email is sent alerting the friend that someone they know thinks they would like to view this listing. A link is sent with the email allowing the receiver to immediately go to the web site and view the listing.
Upload User Portrait Feature
- This feature allows users to upload a picture of themselves which will be displayed on their profile page.
Upload Company Logo Feature
- This feature allows users to upload a logo if they wish which will be displayed at the top of their profile page.
Contact Owner Links
- This allows the visitors to immediately contact the owner of a listing by email.
Mortgage Calculator
- This allows visitors to click on a link that will create a popup window with a mortgage calculator in it with the listing price pre-filled in on the calculator.
Fast Signup Forms
- Both the Admin and Group Admin can create new user accounts by simply filling in a form with their Username, Password and Email address. The script will then create a new user account and send the person an email message with a link to the Login form where they can login and complete the registration. This is useful when you want to create a new account for somebody but don't want to fill in all of the required fields for registration.
Automatic Removal/Suspend of Expired Listings
- This feature keeps the database clean of old listings and up to date. Each day the cron job runs it will scan the database for expired listings and if it finds any, it will automatically remove them. TOP
